RESOLVED, that the Board of Education be authorized to expend the sum of $12,348,667, set forth in the budget for the school year 2012-2013 and levy the necessary tax therefor. Adoption of this budget requires a tax levy increase of 3.66% which exceeds the statutory tax levy increase limit of 2.03% for this school fiscal year and therefore exceeds the state tax cap and must be approved by sixty percent of the qualified voters present and voting.
